Overview
Players can redeem their Sweeps Coins for either a gift card or cash through the Clubs platform. This article provides a step-by-step guide you can reference or direct players to when they inquire about the redemption process.
✅ Step-by-Step Guide for Players
Log in to your Clubs account.
Navigate to the "Get Coins" tab in the main menu.
Select the "Redeem" option.
Choose your preferred redemption type:
Gift Card – Select from the available list of gift cards from Prize Out.
Cash – Redeem using your Debit Card
Important: To submit a prize redemption request, you must have at least 100 redeemable Free Sweeps Coins in your balance.
Processing Times
| Redemption Type | Processing Time |
| Gift Card | You’ll receive your voucher via email within 3 business days after processing. |
| Cash | The process typically finalizes within 5–7 business days once your request is processed. |
